When the witches see Macbeth, they will probably compliment him, praise him and agree with what he has done, which allows Macbeth to be misguided by confidence. Since Macbeth is obsessed with the prophecies and the fact that they all came true, he will believe whatever the witches say, no matter if it's true or false. Now that his moral is continuously declining, Macbeth will eliminate all enemies that stand in the way from his crown, regardless they were once his closest friend or relative.

It seems that Macbeth has been "brainwashed" by the witches. They are kind of
manipulating him in a way, but Macbeth is eager to listen to the witches anyway. But Banquo reminded Macbeth long ago that the witches will "betray us in deepest consequence".  Macbeth will begin to have his downfall and his consequence will be rather substantial for what he has done.

At this point, he is very paranoid and is not mentally stable. Further down the murderous journey, Macbeth will kill more and more people and the dead body count will continue to grow. His next step is to kill Fleance. If Macbeth doesn't kill Fleance, according to the prophecies he will become king. The witches may suggest to Macbeth to kill Malcolm and Donalbain, since Malcolm has been named the king's successor. He has completely forgotten about them because he has been more focused on killing Fleance and Banquo. Macbeth has mentioned that he was upset at Macduff, because he didn't attend his banquet. Knowing that Macbeth has lost his conscience, he could murder Macduff if chooses to. The witches may even tell him to murder Macduff and his family because Macduff has already begin to suspect Macbeth. The world will end up in chaos very soon if no one is stopping Macbeth.
